Justine Kelly
Justine Kelly is the Culinary Director at Tụ Tập, bringing more than three decades of professional cooking experience and a celebrated tenure as chef de cuisine at San Francisco’s iconic The Slanted Door. As a pioneer of vibrant, produce-driven Vietnamese and Asian-inspired cuisine, she has helped shape the Bay Area’s modern culinary landscape through her leadership in acclaimed restaurant kitchens and innovative food ventures.
At Tụ Tập, Justine channels her deep technical skill, intuitive sense of flavor, and commitment to local farms into a menu that is both rooted in tradition and alive with creativity—guiding the culinary vision, mentoring the team, and ensuring every dish reflects the warmth, precision, and generosity at the heart of the restaurant.
